The hotel had excellent location, close to the downtown parks, train and bus stations. The staff was friendly and attentive; they spoke English well and were always helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with very good Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast served on the rooftop terrace.

Spent xmas with my family at this hotel and we enjoyed the good location close to both the train/bus stations and the downtown area. We also appreciated that the hotel provided free breakfast, which included eggs and juice. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

This hotel is a gem! It's ideally situated with easy access to everything you need. the well-designed rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and beautiful decor. the bathrooms are a great size and feature a reliable supply of hot water. the friendly staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable and the breakfast served is delicious. the hotel also offers excellent Wi-Fi, a rooftop terrace with stunning views, and a fantastic restaurant right across the street.
Although the hotel is fantastic overall, it can be a bit noisy at times.

The bed was comfy and everything was clean. the hotel had a great location, close to the train/bus stations and downtown. the breakfast had eggs and good coffee.
The stairs were a nightmare to climb, especially for someone with bad knees like me. the music was loud and went on until late at night, making it hard to sleep.
